Sealing products of KOMET – KOMET has rigorous raw materials incoming quality inspection and delivery inspection standards: 1: The outer film, polyurethane, thermoplastic TPE material and PVC material are subjected to ultraviolet irradiation and 90oC temperature resistance test after entering the factory, and can only be put into storage after reaching the testing standards; 2: The hard material of the keel of the PU-coated sealing strip is the designated PP model, and the soft material is the TPV material with better aging resistance; 3: The density and specific gravity of the polyurethane foam of the PU-coated sealing strip must conform to the testing standards, and the foaming shall not be too large or too loose; 4: All sealing products are sampled for the inspection of appearance, size and the length of a whole roll before leaving the factory, and the factory requirement is greater than the standard 1 meter; guarantee the length is sufficient, and strictly prohibit any shortage;
