3. Manual edge banding machine or semi-automatic edge banding machine, because it cannot polish, it is recommended to polish it manually to ensure the effect of trimming.
4. In the process of use, if the glue line is too thick or there is a phenomenon of overflowing and drawing, it is necessary to adjust the speed of the edge banding machine and the temperature of the hot melt.
5. If the surface of the PVC edge banding is easy to be scratched by the equipment during the edge banding process, it means that the surface of the edge banding band is not properly wear-resistant and is an unqualified product.
6. In the process of using the edge banding strip, if there is a phenomenon that it cannot be sealed, please check whether the indoor temperature and the temperature of the hot melt adhesive are correct (the temperature should not be lower than 18 degrees) or the speed of the edge banding machine is too slow.
